ごみ: rubbish

毎朝まいあさ、家いえのごみを集積しゅうせき所じょに出だす。

Every morning I take the household trash to the collection point.

貝塚かいづかは、ごみを捨すてる場所ばしょであると同時どうじに、大切な人たいせつなひとを送おくる場所ばしょでもあったようです。

It seems that a shell mound was a place for throwing away rubbish and, at the same time, a place for laying loved ones to rest.
