肥の河: Hi no Kawa, a river in Izumo (usually identified with the Hii River)

鳥髪とりかみという所ところで、肥の河ひのかわの上うえのほうから、箸はしが流ながれてきました。

At a place called Torikami, chopsticks came floating down from the upper part of the Hi River.
