Gives advice or says what you hope for.

Verb ば-form, 〜たら, or 〜と + いい. Advice: 駅で聞けばいいですよ. Wish: 明日晴れるといいですね. Past 〜ばよかった shows regret. Stronger advice is 〜たほうがいい.
