Strongly says that you do not intend to do something.

Verb dictionary form + つもりはない. Firmer than 〜ないつもりだ. Used to refuse, defend, or deny: 謝るつもりはない. Past: 〜つもりはなかった (I did not mean to).

Examples

あの人ひとと話はなすつもりはありません。

I have no intention of talking with that person.

あなたを傷きずつけるつもりはなかったんです。

I did not mean to hurt you.
