ご〜になる・ご〜する: honorific / humble with Sino-Japanese verbs

Honorific and humble patterns for する-verbs of Chinese origin.

ご + noun + になる (honorific): ご出席になる. ご + noun + する (humble): ご案内する. Verbs of Japanese origin use お〜(ます-stem). A few nouns take お: お電話する. Do not use for your own actions with になる.
