Noun, verb stem or adjective stem + っぽい. Casual. 子供っぽい (childish), 忘れっぽい (forgetful), 白っぽい (whitish). It often has a slightly negative tone. It conjugates as an i-adjective.

This taste is a bit soy-sauce-like, isn't it?
