Verb dictionary form / noun + どころではない (also どころじゃない). Used for your situation: 仕事が忙しくて旅行どころではない. Compare 〜どころか (far from). It is a response when someone suggests something.

Examples

仕事しごとが山やまほどあって、旅行りょこうどころではない。

I have a mountain of work, so a trip is out of the question.

風邪かぜがひどくて、勉強べんきょうどころじゃないよ。

My cold is so bad that studying is out of the question.
