〜に相違ない: must be; no doubt

Says you are sure something is true, in a stiff, formal way.

Plain form (noun/na-adjective without だ) + に相違ない. Meaning is the same as 〜に違いない but sounds more formal and written, common in reports and news. It is a strong guess, not a fact you saw yourself.

Examples

犯人はんにんはこの建物たてものの内部ないぶを知しっている人物じんぶつに相違そういない。

The culprit must be someone who knows the inside of this building.

この契約書けいやくしょの署名しょめいは本人ほんにんのものに相違そういないと確認かくにんされた。

It was confirmed that the signature on this contract is without doubt the person's own.
