〜ないでもない: not entirely not ...; in a way

Says that something is slightly true, with reserved feelings.

Verb ない-form + でもない. Hedged: "there is some of it". Often with 気持ち or 気がする: 分からないでもない. Weaker than a plain positive.

Examples

君きみの気持きもちは、分わからないでもない。

I can understand your feelings, to a certain extent.

彼かれの言い分いいぶんにも、一理いちりないでもない。

There is some sense in his claim, too.
