〜わい: (old/rough male emphasis)

Sentence-final particle of old or rough male speech, adding emphasis or exclamation.

Plain form + わい (うまいわい, じゃわい). Heard from elderly characters in anime and period drama. In Osaka slang ワイ also means "I", which is a different word.
