わ: sentence-final わ (light emphasis)
More · Sentence-final
Sentence-final particle that adds light emphasis or feeling: "I tell you", "you know".
Plain form + わ. In standard Tokyo speech a soft, rising わ (わよ, わね) is heard more from women. In Kansai and many other regions a flat わ is used by everyone: 出んわ "won't answer, I tell you", もう帰るわ "I'm heading home". So わ alone does not mark the speaker as female; the region and the tone do.
Examples
私も一緒に行くわ。

この服、かわいいわ。
