Time frame in which something holds; do it before the state changes.

Plain verb/い-adj, N の, na-adj な + うちに = while. 〜ないうちに = before. As "home / our own side" it is a separate word, うち (home): うちの会社 is "our company".

若わかいうちに、いろいろな経験けいけんをしなさい。

Gain many experiences while you are young.

忘わすれないうちに、メモしておきます。
