Evaluates something from a person's standpoint.

N にとって + evaluation (大切, 難しい). Not used for actions; use のために. にとっては stresses contrast.

Examples

私わたしにとって、家族かぞくが一番いちばん大切たいせつです。

For me, family is most important.

子供こどもにとって、この本ほんは難むずかしいです。

For children, this book is difficult.
