ます-stem + ながら. Same subject; the last verb is the main action. In written style: although (残念ながら).

Examples

音楽おんがくを聞ききながら、勉強べんきょうします。

I study while listening to music.

歩あるきながら食たべないでください。

Please don't eat while walking.
