くらい: about; at least; as much as

Gives an approximate amount, or a small or low degree.

Number + くらい = about. Belittles: 挨拶くらい. 〜くらい〜ない = hardly. Same meaning as ぐらい.

Examples

駅えきまで十分じゅっぷんくらいかかります。

It takes about ten minutes to the station.

挨拶あいさつくらいはしなさい。

You should at least say hello.
