Casual "but"; can also trail off softly at the end of a sentence.

Plain or polite + けど. Casual form of けれど/が. Ending with けど… sounds hesitant or leaves room for the listener.

Examples

行いきたいけど、時間じかんがありません。

I want to go, but I have no time.

おいしいけど、ちょっと高たかいね。

It's tasty, but a bit pricey.
