Plain form + ばかりか, B も/さえ. B is usually stronger or more surprising than A.

Examples

彼かれは英語えいごばかりか、中国語ちゅうごくごも話はなせる。

He can speak not only English, but Chinese too.

雨あめばかりか、風かぜも強つよくなってきた。

Not only rain, but the wind has also grown strong.
