Conditional form: if A, then B.

Verb: e-row + ば (行けば); い-adj: ければ; negative: なければ; noun/na-adj: なら(ば). Best for general conditions and advice. Weak for past events.

Examples

安やすければ、買かいます。

If it's cheap, I'll buy it.

急いそげば、間に合まにあいますよ。

If you hurry, you'll make it.
